I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist - as an adult I know this is an unreasonable fear but it still doesn't stop me from the anxiety and the tears... everyone of the staff at Towncare Dental I met were SO sweet and understanding. Katie "babied" me until I was calmed down. Dr. Dennis is SO sweet and extremely gentle and understanding. They explained everything they were doing, how my treatment would progress and did everything to reassure me there was no need to be embarrassed - for the condition of my teeth or for my tears or fears.... I know I'm in good hands with this office and I'm grateful to finally have a dental office where I don't feel as though my feelings are demeaned or that I'm just another cog on a production line. THANK YOU Katie for holding my hand and THANK YOU Dr. Dennis for being so understanding... anyone who is afraid of dentists and procedures... THIS is the place to go. I'm gonna have nice looking teeth again!!! BIG SMILE !!
